Our Jump Board class offers a high-energy, low-impact workout that's perfect for those looking to elevate their Pilates routine. This class is designed for those who are injury-free and have already completed at least five Jump Board sessions, ensuring you’re familiar with the basics and ready to take your practice to the next level.
Expect a dynamic, cardiovascular workout that combines the principles of Pilates with plyometric movements. Using the Reformer and Jump Board, you’ll build strength, improve your coordination, and enhance your agility—all while maintaining the precision and control that Pilates is known for.
